If you are a traveller helping someone

What to do

  • Inform NammaTravelAssist and the person seeking help promptly if your flight, route, transit, availability, or ability to assist changes.
  • Treat the passenger respectfully, protect their privacy, and report any safety concern, suspicious request, or problem to NammaTravelAssist.

What not to do

  • Do not accept, carry, receive, or deliver prohibited, illegal, dangerous, suspicious, sealed, or unknown items for another person.
  • Do not request or share unnecessary personal information, passwords, PINs, OTPs, banking details, identity documents, or account credentials.
  • Do not change the agreed assistance, passenger, item, airport meeting point, route, or handover arrangement without informing NammaTravelAssist and the other person.
  • Do not request or accept payments outside the approved NammaTravelAssist payment process for assistance arranged through NammaTravelAssist.
  • Do not meet, pick up, drop off, collect, or hand over passengers or items outside the airport as part of a NammaTravelAssist arrangement.
